Am I responsible for booking my own hotel rooms?

Yes, for each show you are attending you will be responsible for booking your own hotel rooms. Read below for more details regarding hotel reservations at each show.

West

Book your room on the Hotel Murano reservation siteand take advantage of a special rate of $165 a night. The deadline to book is April 14th—Please book your room early to ensure your spot and take advantage of our special rate.

Central

Book your room on the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention reservation site and take advantage of a special rate of $209 a night. The deadline to book is April 30th— Please book your room early to ensure your spot and take advantage of our special rate.

East

What is the cost of a booth at each show?

You can view booth pricing and multi-show discounts in the table shown above. Discounts will be applied to your invoice. Contact your category manager with any questions about booth size, pricing and discounts.

When should the deals be submitted to my category manager?

Show deals should be submitted six weeks in advance of each show in order to give us time to formulate them and create a deal sheet for you to approve before they go online two weeks prior to the show.

Can I have samples picked from PFX’s inventory?

Yes, you can send a list of items with UPC codes, quantity and description to your category manager and we will have them delivered to your booth.

How can I get my show booth and samples shipped to the show?

You will receive an electronic 'Exhibitor’s Kit' about a month before the show with shipping instructions.

Can I order electricity for my booth?

Yes, an order form for electricity will be included in the Exhibitor’s Kit. There is an extra charge for electricity.

Will I be able to ship my booth to the next destination at the end of the show?

Yes, you can make arrangements with our decorating company at the end of the show to ship your booth forward.

Can I return my sample to your warehouse after the show?

No, we will not accept samples after the show. Please make arrangements to ship them out or sell them to a customer attending the show.

Will you be using an electronic order process at the show?

Yes, we have partnered up with Perenso for iPad order entry. There will be training available during set-up at each show.

Will customers have the opportunity to pre-order online before the show?

Yes, the online order entry website will be open to pre-registered attendees two weeks before the show. This gives retailers the opportunity to pre-order before the show and focus more on education and new products at the show.

Can customers take advantage of deals if they do not attend the show?

No, retailers must attend the show in order to take advantage of the show deals.

How long is the online ordering available after the show is over?

The online ordering site will be available to attendees only. The site will open again 24 hours after the show ends.  It will remain open for approximately three days.

Can customers take advantage of the cash back deals after the show?

No, cash-back is not applied to any online deals places after the live show ends. It is imperative that all cash-back deals are entered into the system at the show.

When can customers expect to begin receiving shipments of their show orders?

Show deals will begin shipping approximately 3–5 weeks after the show, depending on vendor lead times.  Customers will work with their inside sales rep to manage show deliveries as our inventory levels allow.

When can I get my order totals during and after the show?

You can get your order reports at any time during the show on the iPad. Final reports will be available online approximately one week after the show. You will receive an email inviting you to log in to the Perenso site for final reports.
