10:40 am EST:  Storefront connectivity has been resolved.

7:22 am EST: It’s been reported Storefront connectivity is slower than normal. Our IT teams are currently looking into resolving the issue.

Testing is currently underway on our ordering systems and phone lines to potentially begin accepting orders as early as tomorrow, May 10. An update regarding delivery schedules for this week will be shared by 6:30 pm EST this evening.

While significant progress has been made, additional time is needed to ramp up our servers before delivery schedules can be shared. As a result, we will not be taking orders on Monday, May 9 like we had hoped. We will provide a status update tomorrow.
