Summer camp is a life-changing experience with benefits that last a lifetime. That’s why this year, Pet Food Experts is offering the gift of summer camp to families of PFX employees with children ages six to 14. Apply for a scholarship to send your child to an unforgettable one-week summer camp experience they’ll never forget.

DID YOU KNOW....

Michael Baker and his family have lifelong ties to the YMCA. His grandfather, George K. Baker Sr., along with a few local businessmen, founded the Newman YMCA in Seekonk, MA. Michael and his wife Tracey, worked at the Y together as camp counselors in high school.

ELIGIBILITY

  • One scholarship per family.
  • Scholarship valid for the 2023 summer camp season at participating YMCAs.
  • Child must be between the ages of 6 and 14.
  • Must be an employee in good standing and have a least six-months tenure with Pet Food Experts.
  • Your child must be one of your dependents and cannot be the child of an extended family member.
  • Employee responsible for completing your child’s enrollment and registration with your local YMCA. 
  • Camp payments will be made from Pet Food Experts to YMCA directly on behalf of your child. Reimbursement to you for an already existing summer camp does not qualify.
  • First come, first serve. Limited scholarships available.
  • Scholarships valid at: Bayside Family YMCA (Barrington, RI), Kent County YMCA (Warwick, RI), MacColl YMCA (Lincoln, RI), Newman YMCA (Seekonk, MA), Pawtucket Family YMCA (Pawtucket, RI), South County YMCA (Peace Dale, RI.), Westwood YMCA (Coventry, RI), and Woonsocket YMCA (Woonsocket, RI).
